A study with supervising on execution of five-star
hotel with a total area of (18000) m2, which
included rooms, suites, administrative services,
reception and several touristic services like
restaurants and halls.
The hotel capacity was more than (300) beds
distributed in different types of rooms such as
single rooms, double rooms, suites and chalets.
Moreover, the hotel was equipped with kitchens,
restaurants, cafeterias, various technical services,
conference center, in addition to nightclub, gym,
swimming, pool, and summer open air terraces...
The hotel consisted of a basement for services, a ground floor for
reception and restaurants, a technical floor, four floors for rooms
and suites, and a panoramic restaurant in the last floor.
