A study of workers’ residence in Barza Pre-fabricated
area on Damascus Barza road, the project included
several prefabricated buildings in the slums area
adjacent to Barza road, in addition to all required
services like as schools and shops
The project consisted of (12) floors buildings, (8) floors
buildings including 8 residential floors and ground
floor for social and commercial services, and 5 floors
buildings. The project included (942) apartments, as
well as required services and facilities like as schools,
parks and other services
Advantages
Project area about (7.5 ) hectare.
The project was not executed due to economic and
social reasons related to the slums on the project site
