The project located in the
southern part of Saboura in a
commercial area, included
three commercial floors in the
form of a mall, supermarket,
four floors for commercial
offices in different types and
sizes, the last floor for catering
services and panoramic
terraces, and the basements
for warehouses, parking and
technical project services.
The total area of the project (3,600
square meters) for commercial
services, (3800 m2) for offices and
(2000 m2) for basements
Advantages
The building included two groups of
lifts and staircases to provide the
vertical movement in the building, in
addition to escalators connecting
the commercial floors.
