Al-Sendyan suburb located east of Damascus
highway, Daraa, surrounded by an industrial
zone north of Horan, urban communities and
five private universities, in a total land area of
(32.5) hectares.
The suburb connected to Damascus highway
through a road junction providing secure and
safe entrance and exit from and to the suburb.
The project accommodated approximately
(9000) inhabitants and provided all required
facilities such as commercial and educational
services.
Organizational and Urban Studies with full
engineering studies of buildings and facilities of
the residential suburb were completed.

Al-Sendyan suburb included residential
buildings of various heights and sizes, more than
2000 residential units of different sizes (75-170
m2 ) in (4-8) floors buildings.
In addition to linear residential villas, duplex
twins and dorms for students ( studio 35-50
m2).
The suburb center included various commercial
activities (shops, restaurants, supermarkets,
games, cinema....), administrative and medical
facilities (police station, municipality, post
office, medical clinics ...), cultural center and
educational facilities such as primary schools,
secondary schools and kindergarten, in addition
to religious and sports facilities.
The total floors area of residential, commercial
buildings and services centers exceeded
(300000 m2).
Advantages
The suburb surrounded by a green buffer, in
addition to gardens and kids’ playgrounds
surrounding the residential buildings.
All the project parts connected to a street
network to provide services and comfortable
circulation, in addition to temporary parking
spaces for each building and public buses stops.
