In a total area of (1860) m2 Technology incubator consisted of three floors in a total area of (3350) m 2. 9Conference and seminar center for (300) people, consisted of two floors, included meeting rooms and conference halls. The total area of the building was about (1295) m2. Training and rehabilitation center for the scientific and technical staff preparation for communications developing. The center consisted of three floors and included lecture hall, teaching halls, training laboratories, communication laboratories, library, administrative and general services for students. In a total area of (5180 )m2. The complex included housing facilities necessary for administrators and employees like studios, apartments and villas for the ministry guests. the total area (2064) m2. In addition to students’ dorm accommodates about (100) students in more than 54 rooms in a total area 2069 m2. A club for all the employees, workers and students, consisted of two floors including playgrounds, terraces, restaurant and cafeteria in a total area of (1500) m 2 Also
